- From Springfield - I-91 south to the South End Bridge, cross the river, take Rt. 57 West to the Main St. (Rt. 159) South exit. Go south on main St. about 3 miles, turn Right onto South St. After 1 mile, cross Suffield St, (Rt. 75) going straight, road becomes Shoemaker Lane. - From West Springfield, Big E area - Go across the Westfield River via. the bridge at the end of Memorial Ave., continue straight on Rt. 75 south (Suffield St.). - From Granville and points west - Take Rt. 57 East. Turn Right onto South Westfield St. After about 1/2 mile, turn Left onto Shoemaker Lane. The church is about 1 1/2 miles on the Left.
